Job Description

Key responsibilities

Content creation: Produce a wide range of content, including user manuals, help guides, white papers, technical blog posts, tutorials, and case studies.
Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand products, features, and target audiences. This involves studying product samples and interviewing engineers, developers, and other subject matter experts.
Documentation maintenance: Update and revise existing content to reflect new product features, technological updates, and changes in company processes.
User focus: Analyze the needs of the end-user and tailor the complexity and tone of the content to match their level of technical knowledge.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
