This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector/ Recovery Officer in Bengaluru location near Bannerghatta Road, at Al Wesal International Collection of Debt Private Limited MRC Towers, 3rd Floor, opposite Prestige Tech Park Square. As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to debt collection, communication with clients, computer literacy for managing debt collection systems, financial knowledge, and cash collection. The ideal candidate should possess Debt Collection skills, Effective Communication skills, and the ability to negotiate with customers. Additionally, Computer Literacy for debt collection systems, Cash Collection experience, Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are required. The candidate should also have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and any experience in a similar role would be a plus. Collaborate and Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer support, Training and Product Development Team to understand and deliver High quality contents as per requirement. Review & evaluate other content writers content and ensure it adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style. Write content for multiple websites, products, platforms with multiple audience segmentations. Produce SEO optimized content using all forms of keywords for On-page website contents. Requirements -> Proven work experience minimum 1-2 Year as a Technical Writer (Inside Saas setup is a plus) Any degree, preferably within English communication medium or Equivalent experience Very strong English written & verbal communication skill with a keen eye for details and a strong deep research skills Familiarity with keyword placement on good knowledge in SEO, SEM & SMO, and other Digital marketing concepts Strong Leadership skills to handle, lead and give feedbacks to the content writers team Self-motivated and self-directed person with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
