Role: Technical Content Writer

Qualification: Any Degree 

Experience: 2+ years

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer to produce

high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals,

tutorials, knowledge-based articles, and blog posts. This role requires

the ability to break down complex technical concepts into

easy-to-understand content for a wide range of users

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop user manuals, step-by-step tutorials, and other technical

documents for our ERP software solutions, ensuring that they are

accurate, easy to follow, and accessible to users of all technical

levels.

2. Write and update troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base

articles to address common user issues, ensuring they provide

effective solutions and enhance the user experience.

3. Organize and categorize content within our knowledge base for easy

access and retrieval by users, making sure articles are

well-structured and up-to-date.

4. Research and write blog posts on industry trends, product features,

and best practices, aiming to inform and engage both current and

potential customers.

5. Research relevant keywords and topics, applying SEO best practices

to optimise content for search engines, driving traffic to our

website.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product

managers, developers, and marketing professionals, to ensure content

is accurate, aligned with business objectives, and addresses customer

needs.

7. Regularly review and update existing documentation and blog posts

to ensure that all information is current and relevant to users.

8. Conversant in using multiple Social media handles for effective communication on our products and the updation of recent developments of the organisation.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in technical writing, with the ability to

translate complex technical concepts into clear & user-friendly

documentation.

2. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for

detail and consistency.

3. In-depth knowledge of ERP software, particularly in the healthcare

and hospitality industries.

4. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge base tools.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
