Executive - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:.

• Maintain proper books of accounts in Tally
• Ensure GST filing within due dates
• Issuing of Proforma Invoice, Invoice, and Purchase Orders as and when required
• Reconciliation of accounts Cash, Bank, Customer and Vendor
• Reconciliation of 26AS with Books of accounts
• Assist in quarterly or half-yearly audit
• To check and ensure that all the statutory payments are timely
• To ensure proper documentation
• Verification of TA Claims and submission for processing
• Updating Purchase orders and receipts in CRM (Customer Relations Management)
• Help in the preparation of MIS reports
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and

customers

• Protects the organizations value by keeping finance-related information confidential
• Staying up-to-date on changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Requirements:

• 1- 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
• Hands-on experience with

  Tally

  and working knowledge of

  GST

  compliance and filings
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  for financial analysis and reporting
• Experience in ZOHO Books will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills, with strong English proficiency
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
