Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day assistance to the Business Finance Sales Commercial functions.
Manage periodic sales postings of online marketplaces and company website.
Monitor and reconcile expense invoices related to specific marketplace operations.
Prepare monthly marketplace expense provision data and ensure proper actualisation in MIS accounting records.
Perform sales vs. collection reconciliations for D2C website, EBOs, and B2B customer ledgers.
Conduct weekly receivable reviews with the Business Head, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Provide support in addressing audit queries related to receivables.
Assist in automation of finance and accounting processes in ERP systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Supportin tax and legal compliances including GST, Income Tax, ROC, and otherstatutory filings
Requirements
Experience Qualification
Bachelordegree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, or commercial roles.
Prior exposure to e-commerce/marketplace accounting, reconciliations, and compliance support will be a plus.
