Implementation Engineer

As a Senior Implementation Engineer at our company based in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions for our clients. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and dedication to client satisfaction will be key in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, install, and configure software onsite. - Resolve software issues in collaboration with the development team. - Develop and modify SQL scripts for installing new clients and functionalities. - Coordinate with external vendors to configure server domains, routers, firewalls, SSL certificates, and web services. - Assist in client database script customization and troubleshooting. - Execute test plans, document issues, and collaborate with the development team to prioritize bugs for new software releases. - Provide support to clients during software implementation, addressing their queries and concerns. - Cultivate strong business relationships with clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. - Perform any other duties relevant to the grade and responsibility level of this position. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Diploma/MCA/BTech in any discipline. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to conduct scope studies at client sites and effectively communicate with the development team. - Basic knowledge of software coding, such as HTML. - Experience in Oracle DBA would be an added advantage.
