Senior Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead and guide daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address any technical, process, or organizational obstacles that hinder the team's progress and keep the workflow smooth.
• Coach the Team: Mentor team members in self-organization, cross-functionality, and adopting the Scrum framework and its values.
• Promote Agile Practices: Ensure the team understands and adheres to Agile principles and the Scrum methodology.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a collaborative environment by facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and promoting transparency within and outside the team.
• Support the Product Owner: Help the Product Owner with techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
• Protect the Team: Shield the development team from distractions and interruptions to allow them to focus on their work.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Encourage continuous improvement by facilitating feedback sessions and retrospectives.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
