Job Description

Project Mobilization & Team Deployment

Lead the mobilization of site teams for Planning, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, Execution, Store, Billing, and Contractors.
Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated.

Construction Execution & Monitoring

Develop weekly and monthly micro-schedules aligned with master project timelines.
Ensure critical path tracking and real-time progress reporting.

Coordination with Consultants & Design Teams

Ensure GFC drawings are received on time from all consultants.
Conduct regular design coordination meetings to avoid execution delays.

Material & Resource Planning

Coordinate with Store and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and avoid stockouts.
Track workforce deployment and productivity at site.

Cost & Quality Governance

Monitor project expenditures against budget in collaboration with the QS/Billing team.
Implement inspection and quality checklists; drive site rectifications proactively.

Safety & Compliance

Implement site safety norms through HSE teams.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, RERA milestones, and environmental norms.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

Identify roadblocks in execution and escalate to GM Projects with proposed solutions.
Maintain risk registers and track mitigation measures.

Stakeholder Reporting

Share daily/weekly updates with GM Projects, including DPRs, safety reports,
and billing status.
Align handover timelines and milestones with CRM and Sales teams
