Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Project Manager (Male) with a strong background in Electronics, Network Engineering, and Site Engineering to lead, manage, and execute on-site installations, commissioning, and maintenance of complex electronic systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, combining technical expertise, project management, and site supervision across multiple locations.

This role demands a dynamic professional capable of overseeing project delivery end-to-end, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, resolving technical challenges on-site, and ensuring stringent compliance with quality and safety standards. Flexibility in working hours and frequent travel are essential to successfully manage diverse project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and commissioning of projects ensuring timely delivery aligned with technical specs and safety regulations.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic and network systems. Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to electronic circuits, network setups, and system integrations.
• Network Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure supporting project requirements. Monitor network performance and security on-site.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate site engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors. Serve as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports, test results, calibration certificates, and compliance checklists.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Travel & Flexibility: Manage multiple project locations with frequent travel and readiness to work extended hours to meet project timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / BSc / BTech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Site Engineering, Project Management, and Network Engineering within electronics or industrial automation domains.
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems, circuit installations, network protocols, testing, and maintenance.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, wiring schematics, and network diagrams.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and software-based monitoring tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as project needs dictate.
