Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops as needed.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
