Qualification:

• MSC/MCA/BTech/MTech

Required Skill Set:

• Strong knowledge in Java
• Excellent knowledge in Protocol development
• Very good knowledge in IP
• Knowledge in Databases, MS SQL and My SQL
• Knowledge in Networking concepts
• Knowledge in application fine tuning
• Knowledge in Spring Framework and Front end technologies
• Knowledge in Enterprise application development and deployment

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical proposals and documents
• Good knowledge in development of Enterprise applications, defining architecture
• Good understanding in project management and agile methodology
• Planning the software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests
• Assembling and leading the project team.
• Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
• Ensuring the project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Proven experience in project management and software development
• Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
• Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills

Experience Level:

• 10 to 20 years
