Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle — from mobilization to handover — for large-scale

  interior fit-out projects

  (hospitality, residential, corporate, or industrial).
• Review GFC drawings, BOQs, and contract scope; identify technical gaps and manage RFI resolutions.
• Plan and execute

  zone-wise / floor-wise delivery schedules

  aligned with client and consultant timelines.
• Coordinate between client, architect, consultants, site engineers, purchase, factory, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage

  resource planning, site progress tracking, and daily reporting

  (workforce, material, cost, and progress dashboards).
• Conduct site meetings, progress reviews, and ensure timely closure of snags and quality checklists.
• Ensure adherence to safety, QA/QC standards, and company protocols.
• Monitor and control

  budget, material consumption, and subcontractor billing

  to prevent overruns.
• Liaise with procurement and factory teams to ensure JIT (Just-In-Time) deliveries and mock-up approvals.
• Drive project documentation — daily reports, work permits, RFIs, variation statements, RA bills, and handover packs.
• Manage project risk, resolve site bottlenecks, and maintain client satisfaction throughout project delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of

  interior finishes, joinery, civil interfaces, MEP coordination, and fit-out sequencing

  .
• Excellent knowledge of

  project planning, resource management, and progress tracking tools

  (Excel trackers).
• Hands-on experience in

  luxury hospitality, residential, or industrial interiors

  .
• Proven ability to manage multi-trade teams and handle multiple project zones concurrently.
• Strong client and consultant communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of

  contracts, BOQs, billing processes, and variation management

  .
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (Architectural, MEP, Structural).
• Familiar with safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and documentation control.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:

  Bachelors Degree

• Experience:

  Minimum 7 years in execution of large-scale interior fit-out projects (hospitality, residential, or industrial).

• Preferred Background:

  Candidates from reputed turnkey interior contracting firms or construction companies with on-site delivery experience.

• Location Flexibility:

  Willing to relocate/mobilize to project sites across India as per project allocation.
