Role Overview

highly driven and accountable Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

strong leadership, technical expertise, multi-tasking, vendor coordination, and disciplined execution.


Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
  • Drive daily site operations to meet timelines, cost targets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage

    2–3 active sites simultaneously

    with structured reporting.

Team, Vendor & Client Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, QS teams, site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Resource & manage labour deployment and monitor workforce productivity.

Technical & Quality Oversight

  • Oversee all interior trades: civil, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, etc.
  • Ensure strict adherence to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and site discipline.
  • Conduct routine inspections and generate weekly project, cost, and quality reports.

Commercial & Procurement Control

  • Track BOQ vs. actual consumption and proactively prevent overruns.
  • Support procurement team by forecasting material requirements and monitoring deliveries.
  • Identify value-engineering opportunities to optimize cost without compromising quality.

Handover & Documentation

  • Maintain site logs, approval sheets, and work checklists.
  • Lead client handover process with documented snag closure and sign-off.


Candidate Requirements

  • Education:

    Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering. Candidates with Interior Design or Construction Management backgrounds will have added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years

    of hands-on experience in

    interior fit-out project execution

  • Strong command over materials, rates, market vendors, and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to read and interpret

    AutoCAD drawings and BOQ

    accurately.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel

    , including daily updates and progress tracking.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage

    multi-site operations

    within tight timelines.


Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC:

    ₹6,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum
  • Performance Bonus:

    Project completion incentives based on quality, delivery, and client feedback
  • Employment Type:

    Full-time (On-site)
