Job Description

Team iScape Designers Pvt Ltd is looking for a Project Manager - Interior Fit outs who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This includes client management, project planning, budgeting, execution, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills to drive the company's growth and profitability in the interior fit-outs sector.

Key Responsibilities:


Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets.
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.
  • Ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.

Client Relations:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, site supervisors, and other staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Qualifications:

    • Education

      : B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
    • Experience

      : 5

      - 8

      years in the interior fit-out industry, with at least 

      2

       years in project management

    Skills

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive and results-driven approach.
