Role Summary

Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Immediate joiners / short notice candidates will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise daily site activities as per 

  approved drawings, BOQ, and project plan

  .
• Coordinate with 

  project manager, designers/architects, subcontractors, and vendors

   to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage 

  labour productivity

  , material planning, and daily execution targets.
• Ensure 

  quality control

   (finishes, levels, alignment, detailing) and rectify snags promptly.
• Maintain 

  site documentation

  : daily progress reports, labour attendance, inspection checklists, progress photos, site diary.
• Ensure compliance with 

  site safety (HSE)

   protocols and good housekeeping.
• Support client/site coordination and ensure professional communication at site.

Requirements

Education:

Experience:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior execution: partitions, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, MEP coordination basics, finishes.
• Good team handling + problem solving on site
• Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
• Basic reporting using 

  Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp
