Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7+ years of proven expertise in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations, coordinating with site teams and consultants, and ensuring that each stage of the project meets company standards in quality, cost, and timeline.

This role requires hands-on experience in residential project delivery—from planning through execution and handover—along with strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution of residential developments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
• Conduct regular site reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Lead project documentation, reporting, and communication with clients and management.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and work progress.
• Ensure transparent communication between all stakeholders and maintain accurate project records.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management systems, processes, and execution standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on residential projects (villas, apartments, or mixed-use developments).
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, budgeting, and handover.
• Strong understanding of contracts, cost management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
