project execution, monitoring progress, reviewing contracts, quantity survey, variation of works, structural and interior finishing works
& verification of contractors monthly payment certificates.
• Knowledge of various latest engineering & cost evaluation techniques and tools which can be applied to produce cost-effective solutions for the organizations.
• Experienced in liaising & coordinating with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Contract & Materials Purchase Cells and other external agencies
