Role Description

3–5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Experience in Project Management and Expediting
• Expertise in Logistics Management
• Skills in Inspection and Expeditor roles
• Supervise site teams, vendors, and labor to ensure quality and timelines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Monitor material procurement, billing, and work progress
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily site updates
• Support the design and management team with project insights and problem-solving
• Relevant experience in the landscaping or green design industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil / Architecture / Landscape / Interior Design / Project Management
• 3–5 years of experience in landscaping, architecture, or interior project execution
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint , project timelines, and vendor coordination
• Experience handling multiple sites or design-based projects is preferred
