Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Gurgaon. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project operations, including coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless logistics. Responsibilities also include inspection of work sites, expediting processes, and maintaining effective communication with team members and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in project execution, preferably in landscaping, outdoors, or architecture-related fields , and strong communication and coordination skills. Responsibilities Experience in Project Management and Expediting Expertise in Logistics Management Skills in Inspection and Expeditor roles Supervise site teams, vendors, and labor to ensure quality and timelines Strong communication and leadership skills Monitor material procurement, billing, and work progress Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily site updates Support the design and management team with project insights and problem-solving Relevant experience in the landscaping or green design industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil / Architecture / Landscape / Interior Design / Project Management 3–5 years of experience in landscaping, architecture, or interior project execution Excellent coordination and communication skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint , project timelines, and vendor coordination Experience handling multiple sites or design-based projects is preferred What we offer Opportunity to grow with a creative and expanding green design company Exposure to high-end residential and commercial landscape projects Supportive, collaborative work environment Competitive salary package: ₹4 lakhs to ₹8 lakhs per annum.
