QA/QC Engineer – HVAC Project & Cleanroom Interior Installation

About the Role:

Continuum HVAC Services is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our project execution team for pharmaceutical and semiconductor cleanroom projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure strict quality and compliance during design, installation, and commissioning phases of HVAC systems and cleanroom interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct QA/QC inspection of HVAC systems, including AHUs, ducting, terminal filtration (HEPA/ULPA), and Laminar Air Flow systems.

✅ Inspect cleanroom partitions, ceiling panels, flooring, and accessories for dimensional accuracy, sealing, and finish quality.

✅ Prepare and implement QAPs, ITPs, and ensure compliance with ISO 14644 / IS standards.

✅ Perform and verify IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.

✅ Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and recommend CAPA actions.

✅ Oversee material inspection, testing, and documentation.

✅ Coordinate with design, execution, and commissioning teams for technical and quality alignment.

✅ Support validation and audit readiness activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

🧰 5–11 years of experience in HVAC & Cleanroom QA/QC (Pharma, Semiconductor, or Hospital projects).

📘 Strong understanding of ISO 14644, IS/EN standards, and cleanroom protocols.

🧾 Experience in validation, air balancing, particle count testing, and equipment qualification.

🧠 Knowledge of fabrication, ducting, and modular cleanroom installation.

Preferred Skills:

⭐ ISO 9001 / ISO 14644 Auditor Certification (preferred).

⭐ Knowledge of FAT/SAT commissioning protocols.

⭐ Strong communication and reporting ability.

⭐ Able to manage multiple project QA/QC activities independently.
