Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Project Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing HVAC project sales from initial inquiry through project execution. Daily tasks include developing and presenting technical solutions, coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. The role also involves providing technical support and ensuring industry standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design and operational principles
• Experience in technical sales and project management
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, contracts, and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with software tools commonly used in HVAC design and project management
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
