Combine Design JOB DESCRIPTION J ob Title: Project Manager Exp: Min 3-5Years Location: Hyderabad (Immediate joiner) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in interior design projects to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from conception to completion. They will work closely with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints. 2. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the design team and other stakeholders. 3. Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution, including design development, procurement, construction, and installation. 4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes. 5. Communicate project status updates, milestones, and risks to clients, team members, and senior management. 6. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. 7. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients, consultants, and project team members. 8. Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track and within scope. 9. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes and future business opportunities. 10. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the interior design industry. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple interior design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion. 4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and stakeholders. 7. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello. 8. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. 9. Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals. 10. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences. Skills: 1.
