Job Description

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and end-to-end execution of

    residential high-rise/group housing

    projects from excavation to finishing and handover.
  • Plan and control

    project schedules, resources, and budgets

    ; prepare/review

    GFC drawings, BOQs, work orders, and cost estimates

    .
  • Drive on-site execution through

    daily/weekly reviews, contractor & subcontractor management

    , and removal of bottlenecks to meet timelines.
  • Conduct

    site inspections

    to ensure compliance with drawings,

    IS codes, QA/QC & HSE standards

    , and

    RERA/municipal

    regulations; close NCRs and snags promptly.
  • Oversee

    billing & measurements

    , RA/final bills,

    material approvals

    , inventory control, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate with

    architects, structural & MEP consultants, vendors, and internal teams

    for technical clarifications and design change management.
  • Publish

    MIS/DPRs

    , progress updates, risk registers, catch-up plans, and present status to senior management.
  • Build, mentor, and appraise site teams; enforce

    SOPs, safety culture

    , and documentation discipline.


Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. (Civil)

    or

    Diploma (Civil)

    – Full-time (mandatory).
  • Minimum 10 years

    of experience in

    civil construction

    , with at least

    5 years in Project/Construction Management

    for

    high-rise residential or group housing

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in

    project planning & tracking (MS Project/Primavera)

    ,

    MS Excel

    ,

    AutoCAD

    ,

    BOQ/BBS

    ,

    billing & measurements

    ,

    quality control

    , and

    finishing coordination

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    construction methods, materials, contracts

    , and statutory compliances (RERA, IS codes, local by-laws).
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with a solution-oriented, ownership mindset.
  • Willing to be site-based

    and travel between project/vendor locations as required.
