Project Manager Civil

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project manager - civil to oversee and manage civil construction

projects for our manufacturing unit in Dhulagarh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

experience in factory installation, shed construction, and warehouse development. You will be

responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of civil infrastructure

projects in alignment with industry standards and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects including factory sheds, warehouses,

internal roads, and infrastructure utilities with complete knowledge for PEB structures.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, vendors, and suppliers.

Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Evaluate and select vendors/subcontractors; negotiate contracts and manage billing.

Control project costs and ensure effective use of resources.

Manage repairs, modifications, or civil maintenance within the premises when required.

Provide technical guidance and resolve construction-related issues at site.

Candidate Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial civil construction, preferably in

manufacturing/factory setup.

Proven experience in warehouse construction, factory shed erection, and infrastructure layout.

Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, techniques, and standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving, site supervision, and team management skills.
