Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of civil projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
  
• Supervise on-site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
  
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and client communications.
  
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
  
• Implement project management best practices to control costs and mitigate risks.
  
• Review and approve drawings, material submittals, and work methodologies.
  
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and safety norms on site.
  

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  18 - 26 years in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure sector.

• Expertise:

  Proven track record in

  high-rise buildings

  commercial complexes

  residential projects

  .
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  
• Sound knowledge of project management tools and construction practices.
  
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and drive project performance.
