Job Description

We Are Hiring — Project Manager (Construction)

Hyderabad / Bengaluru

Real Estate | High-Rise | Commercial & Residential Projects

Project Director

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and mentor staff for high performance
Oversee planning, design coordination, budgeting, and project timelines
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance
Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
Drive project reviews, reporting, and progress monitoring
Manage financials, contracts, and strategic decisions
Ensure adoption of best practices, emerging technologies, and value engineering

🔹 Required Qualifications:

✔ BE/B.Tech in Civil (M.Tech or PMP / Project Management qualification preferred)

✔ 20–25 years of experience in construction project management

high-rise residential & commercial projects (minimum 4–5 years)

✔ Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Projects, construction methodologies, QA/QC, and safety standards
