Apply now to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru Join our dynamic team as a Senior Scrum Master In this role, you will lead multiple agile teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and continuous improvement Your expertise will drive the successful delivery of projects, enhance team productivity, and foster an environment of innovation and agility Be a pivotal player in guiding our teams to achieve excellence and deliver outstanding results Main Job Responsibilities "Responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed They work closely with the development team and product owner to ensure that user stories are properly defined and that the team has a clear understanding of project goals and priorities They also organize and lead daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and help to identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress Pm Responsibility and ownership for funded projects, and has a great deal of customer contact and accountability Schedule Management- Ensures that project timelines are established and published and assists with the determination of a project scope that is scheduled in manageable components Financial management- oversees the forecasting, budget tracking, analysis and communications assessed, documented and managed through to completion Risk Management- communications, mitigation and tracking of overall project risk Status and Communication management- accountable to create project status and communication materials for executive review Change Management- accountable for the efficient and timely management of the Change Management process- ensures all project change requests are well understood, tracked and Process Management- participates in project delivery best practices, and focal point for overall project health Works closely with the business stakeholders and the IT teams to mitigate project risk and maintain momentum Provides leadership and direction for Project Managers and the development team SMList: Facilitate Scrum EventsDaily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics to increase probability of success each sprint Coach teams in self-organization, continuous improvement and Scrum framework practices Incorporate lessons learned and continuous improvements into the delivery cycle Work with product team in creating and maintaining the User Stories, Deliverables, Backlog, Jira board and Team Capacity planning Point of contact for internal and external communication Prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, achieve set goals, and deliver timely results Resource management of both internal and external resources assigned to a project Accountable for on time and quality delivery of new/enhanced functionality Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of costs " Certifications Certification PMP and Agile (ideally SAFe SSM) Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
