AI/ML and Computer Vision projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple AI/ML and Computer Vision projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high technical and quality standards.
• Track project progress using suitable tools and techniques, ensuring risks and issues are proactively addressed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication effectively.
• Support technical discussions and problem-solving with hands-on understanding of Linux, Python, and ML tools.
• Prepare project documentation including timelines, reports, and technical summaries.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the AI/ML delivery team.
• Should have experience in vibe coding and should be able to transform existing team from traditional method of software engineering to more modern approaches using LLM/Agentic tools which produces higher productivity and quality.
• Should own quality, schedule and productivity for every project and should be controlling overall cost as well
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in project management with at least 2+ years managing AI/ML or Computer Vision projects.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision concepts.
• Technical proficiency in Python, Linux environment, and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage small, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP/Agile certification is a plus (not mandatory).
