Project Manager (AI/ML and Computer Vision)

As an experienced Project Manager with hands-on technical exposure in AI/ML and Computer Vision projects, your role will involve managing end-to-end project delivery. You will lead and manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, define project scope and goals, ensure timely delivery of milestones, track project progress, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Additionally, you will support technical discussions, prepare project documentation, contribute to process improvements, and transform the team to modern approaches using LLM/Agentic tools for higher productivity and quality. You will also be responsible for quality, schedule, productivity, and cost control for every project. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple AI/ML and Computer Vision projects from initiation to delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics. - Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high technical and quality standards. - Track project progress, address risks and issues, and serve as the primary client contact. - Support technical discussions with hands-on understanding of Python, Linux, and ML tools. - Prepare project documentation and contribute to process improvements within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 4-8 years of project management experience with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or Computer Vision projects. - Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision concepts. - Technical proficiency in Python, Linux, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV). - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to manage small, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - PMP/Agile certification is a plus.
