Experience Required: 8+ Years


  • Software implementation

    : Gather, understand and define business requirements, re-engineer and map them to technology features; configure, customize, deploy, document and support the acceptance testing for the technology platform.


  • Experience in UI and backend Customization, Shell script, Oracle (PL/SQL), and Java. Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and advanced concepts in architecting and designing a solution. Strong knowledge of basic project management tools – MS Project, MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio.
  • In-depth understanding of various processes and constituents of project management, best practices in order to find proactive solutions for complex situations.
  • Should be able to communicate, build context, and uses appropriate data/examples/techniques to support complex ideas and handle complex project implementation situations.
  • Strong in planning and organizing, team building and positive customer orientation.
  • Should have good understanding of application implementation concepts, general transformation and migration activities.
  • Working experience in banking application implementation is an additional advantage.
  • Finacle implementation experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to manage a team of at least 10 people.
