Job Summary:

Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
• Oversee cloud-based infrastructure projects on

  AWS or GCP

  , ensuring scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement and manage

  DevOps

  practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) and promote Agile best practices across teams.
• Use

  JIRA

  ,

  Confluence

  , and

  MS Project

  for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business units.
• Drive and manage

  RFI (Request for Information)

  ,

  RFP (Request for Proposal)

  , and

  RFQ (Request for Quotation)

• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and deliverables, and communicate status to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Overall, 10 + years of experience with a strong technical foundation in

  software development

  .
• Demonstrable experience developing, deploying and managing Java applications.
• Successful track record of designing, implementing, and managing scalable database solutions
• Proven experience with

  AWS or GCP

  cloud platforms and

  DevOps

  tools and practices.
• Deep understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like

  JIRA

  and

  MS Project

  .
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Demonstrated experience managing

  RFI, RFP, and RFQ

  processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in

  people management

  , including team development and performance management.

Preferred skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Experience in work experience in automotive industry domain is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and cloud-native application design.
• Exposure to compliance, security, and governance in cloud environments.
