Internship Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and process optimization. Over the course of 6 months, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping drive high-impact projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Track project progress using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
• Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in risk identification, mitigation planning, and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to resource planning and capacity management activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve project-related issues.
• Research and suggest best practices for project delivery and workflow optimization.

Qualifications & Skillsets

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Project Management or digital marketing domain.

Key Skills:

• Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Style: Proactive, collaborative, and detail oriented.
