Role Overview We are seeking a Django Backend Developer with experience in Relational Database Systems (RDS) to join our Pune-based team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and data scientists to build scalable and secure backend solutions for our AI-focused products. Key Responsibilities Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Django or similar Python web frameworks. Database Management : Work with Relational Database Systems (RDS) to design efficient schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity. Integration & Scalability : Integrate backend services with various APIs and third-party tools, ensuring systems can scale to meet growing demands. Performance Monitoring : Use monitoring tools to track system performance and implement optimizations as needed. Collaboration : Coordinate with the product, design, and AI teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery and solve complex technical challenges. Security & Best Practices: Adhere to industry security standards and coding best practices to maintain robust and secure applications. Qualifications & Experience 1–3 years of experience working with Django or similar Python frameworks. Hands-on experience with Relational Database Systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS RDS, etc.) including schema design and query optimization. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and common backend design patterns. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional environment. Experience using version control systems like Git and working in an Agile environment. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
