Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hardware Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hardware system design, troubleshooting, and field support, particularly in surveillance systems, embedded hardware, or related areas. Key Responsibilities Design, assemble, and test electronic hardware components and systems Troubleshoot and repair electronic boards, PCBs, power supplies, and system hardware Evaluate and test new hardware components and integrate them with existing systems Provide technical support for on-site hardware issues and installations Maintain documentation for all hardware systems, updates, and repairs Collaborate with software and field teams to ensure proper hardware-software integration Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during design and deployment Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field 5–10 years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering roles Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and testing equipment Experience in PCB troubleshooting and basic rework (SMD/TH) Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and technical drawings Good communication skills and ability to work independently and with teams Preferred Skills Experience with CCTV hardware, NVRs, DVRs, and surveillance systems Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontroller-based designs Knowledge of power management and UPS hardware will be an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary between ₹35,000–₹40,000/month based on experience and skills Opportunities for skill development and technical growth Supportive work environment with field exposure Travel and field visit allowances (if applicable) How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resume to cctvonhire@gmail.com with the subject line “Application for Hardware Engineer”.
