Job Title: Tender Executive / GeM Executive (Fresher) Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area (Nearest Metro Station: Shalimar Bagh) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Experience Required: Fresher – up to 1 year Employment Type: Full-Time Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing tender documents and understanding scope of work. Support senior team members in preparing presentations and bid documentation. Help manage and update the company profile on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal . Assist in uploading products/services on GeM as per government guidelines. Monitor GeM notifications and relevant tenders; support in the bidding process. Coordinate with internal teams for documents, specifications, and clarifications. Learn and help in tracking the procurement process from order to payment. Support in document preparation, filing, and maintaining tender records. Work under guidance to communicate with government departments and vendors. Participate in training and skill development for understanding tenders and GeM processes. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of GeM Portal (Training will be provided) Good understanding of MS Excel & MS Word Willingness to learn about government tenders and procurement Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic understanding of Q2/Q3 Quadrants (Preferred but not mandatory) This profile is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in government e-procurement, tender management, and security solutions .
