Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented executive to manage government tenders and GeM portal operations — from bid preparation to order processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Search and apply for government tenders on e-portals (CPPP, GeM, etc.)

·       Analyze tender documents and prepare bids (technical and financial)

·       Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary documents and approvals

·       List products, manage pricing, and handle orders on the GeM portal/L1 Comparison 

·       Participate in Reverse Auctions and Bids

·       Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain compliance

·       Maintain records of tenders and follow up on submissions

Documentation & Compliance:

·       Prepare documents such as EMDs, affidavits, authorizations, certifications, etc.

·       Ensure timely submission of tenders with zero non-compliance

·       Maintain updated records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and renewal timelines.

Requirements:

·       Graduate/Postgraduate

·       1–3 years of experience in tendering and GeM operations

·       Strong knowledge of GeM, e-tender portals, and MS Office

·       Excellent documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Certification in e-Tendering or GeM

·       Experience working with PSU/Government clients

·       Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
