Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple site projects from

  concept to commissioning

  .
• Ensure all projects are aligned with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines.

• Mentor and guide

  site project engineers and coordinators to ensure project success.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Manage stakeholder communication with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinate with

  Engineering, Operations, Procurement, EHS, QA/QC, and Innovation

  teams for seamless project execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enable implementation of new solutions and products.
• Ensure

  safety, quality, and compliance

  standards are met across all project activities.
• Support team development by implementing

  Career Development Plans (CDP)

  and enhancing both functional and leadership competencies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial preferred).
• 7–14 years of experience in

  project management within the chemical or manufacturing industry

  .
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or project reportees.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
