Project Lead

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position will report to a Program Manager / Project Lead.Pr He will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, development and deployment of Automation products for mortgage industry. This position requires to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the delivery cycle. This will include working closely with Product managers, business analyst and developers, as well as liaising with project stakeholders. This position also requires extensive knowledge of Architecture/Design Patterns related to .net projects.

Should have extensive experience Automation project using Angular, WebAPI, JQuery,C#/.NET,AJAX,Python and MS-SQL Server database as backend.

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration of mortgage products from requirement phase through implementation

2. Capable of architecting and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level

3. Participate and contribute to technical discussion and reviews

1. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget
3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

7. Provide regular project update and effective progress update to management and stakeholders

8. Work closely with project manager to ensure the management of delivery risks or issues

9. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

10. Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively

11. Line management and personnel development of developers

1. Should be able to work as a individual contributor or should be able to lead the team based on the project requirement.

13. Contribute to innovative ideas and solutions.

Experience

1. 3+ Years of relevant experience in Product or Service based organization

2. Hands on experience in developing multi-tiered , object oriented and distributed architecture applications using technologies like Angular, Python, C#,ASP.NET WebAPI, AJAX,HTML 5 and SQL Server

3. Experience with database development including relational database design and SQL

4. Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise grade software

5. Experience with Agile development methodologies

6. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
