Job Description

Indianeers Media Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s fastest-growing skill development organizations, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage skill development and vocational training projects across various regions. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of projects, ensuring compliance with government guidelines and achieving training and placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of skill development and vocational training projects under government and CSR schemes
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor training centre operations including mobilization, training delivery, registrations, assessments and placements
  • Ensure timely submission of project documentation, reports and deliverables as per scheme guidelines
  • Manage budgets, resources and project timelines to ensure effective and efficient implementation
  • Coordinate with state and district level stakeholders, training partners, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with NSQF norms, SSC standards and scheme specific requirements
  • Conduct regular field visits, team performance reviews and centre audits to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Address grievances from stakeholders and implement corrective action plans promptly
  • Liaise with NSDC, government departments, CSR partners and third-party agencies for program alignment and support
  • Maintain up to date MIS data and support timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Sciences, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project/program management (preferably in skilling/livelihood projects).
  • Strong skills in team coordination, communication and multi stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data analytics, report preparation and handling government documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to training centres and project locations.

Preferred :

  • Hands on experience in managing projects under schemes like: PMKVY, SANKALP, SURYAMITRA, DDU-GKY, NULM or State Skill Missions.
  • Prior exposure to working with NSDC, SSCs or CSR foundations.
  • Knowledge of MIS portals (e.g., SDMS, SIP) and compliance/reporting systems.
  • Understanding of vocational training standards, assessment protocols and placement ecosystems.
