JD for Project Head

• Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects from

concept to handover.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with design teams, project managers, site engineers, contractors, and

vendors for seamless execution.

• Ensure strict compliance with design intent, quality standards, safety norms, and

timelines.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders,

ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

• Review BOQs, drawings, GFCs, and project documentation to maintain accuracy

and feasibility.

• Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings with clients and internal teams.

• Anticipate and resolve on-site issues, delays, and risks proactively.

• Drive value engineering, cost control, and resource optimization.

• Build and mentor a strong project execution team for scalability.

• Provide regular MIS reports and project updates to senior management/MD.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership with the ability to handle multiple large-scale projects

simultaneously.

• In-depth knowledge of interior construction, materials, and design detailing.

• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office.

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

• High adaptability and willingness to travel to project sites.
