Position: Project Head – Interior Design

About the Role :-

We are hiring a Project Head to lead and manage large-scale interior design projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to final handover. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, project management expertise, and hands-on knowledge of interior design execution. This role demands a detail-oriented professional capable of handling multiple stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects from design concept to handover.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with design teams, project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to design intent, quality benchmarks, safety standards, and project deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and client satisfaction.
• Review and validate BOQs, drawings, GFCs, and project documentation for accuracy, feasibility, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve on-site challenges, delays, and project risks proactively.
• Drive value engineering, cost control, and resource optimization to maximize project efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project execution team for scalability and operational excellence.
• Share MIS reports, dashboards, and project updates with senior management/MD on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

• 8–16 years of experience in Project Management within the Interior Design / Architecture / Construction industry.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery of interior projects.
• Proven ability to review and interpret BOQs, GFC drawings, and project documentation.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and site execution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or other project management tools (preferred).
