Project Head

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, and set project objectives.
• Budget & Finance Management: Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and secure necessary financing.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate architects, contractors, designers, suppliers, and internal operations teams. Communicate with senior management and clients on progress.
• Design & Construction Oversight: Oversee the design and construction phases to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Pre-opening & Operations: Work with operations teams to prepare the property for opening day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹135,261.18 per month
