Qualifications

·      Experience 7 years and above In Project Handling Independently

·      B.E Mechanical \ Electrical

·      Knowledge In HVAC

B. Client Communication & Relationship Management

C. Team & Site Staff Management

D. Reporting & Documentation

E. Quality & Safety Compliance

F. Procurement & Vendor Management

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven project management and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Skilled in MS Project / Excel / Gantt Chart scheduling.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Time management and on-site decision-making ability.

Key Deliverables:

• Completion of projects on schedule and within approved budget.
• Regular MIS reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) submitted to management.
• Accurate and up-to-date documentation for stock, materials, and expenses.
• Completion of snag lists and client handover documentation.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project closure.
