Role Description The Project Head will oversee end-to-end project execution , primarily for all-site projects . This includes managing multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating with clients, supervising site activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines. The role requires frequent travel to various sites as per project needs. Location: Base: Ahmedabad (with travel to project sites across locations as required) Qualifications · Experience 7 years and above In Project Handling Independently · B.E Mechanical \ Electrical · Knowledge In HVAC Key Responsibilities: A. Project Execution & Coordination B. Client Communication & Relationship Management C. Team & Site Staff Management D. Reporting & Documentation E. Quality & Safety Compliance F. Procurement & Vendor Management Skills & Competencies: Proven project management and coordination skills. Strong understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Skilled in MS Project / Excel / Gantt Chart scheduling. Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams. Time management and on-site decision-making ability. Key Deliverables: Completion of projects on schedule and within approved budget. Regular MIS reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) submitted to management. Accurate and up-to-date documentation for stock, materials, and expenses. Completion of snag lists and client handover documentation. Ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project closure.
