Authorities


Project Head

  • Ownership of the Project, to handle Projects & execution business, includes, Projects Planning, Monitoring & implantation of projects. Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Project /Plant designing, plant layouts work, review & approvals.
  • Engineering & technical management for Distribution & Transmission Power projects, Support & training for site engineering teams.
  • EPC Site management, search ,Organize & finalised the lab our contractors at site Creating engineering, service, Commissioning & installation team of contractors for EPC projects.
  • Arrangements and guidelines for all projects,-Selection of all technical equipment’s & components & fabrication.
  • Accountable for other work domains includes: Electrical works, PSS controls, civil works, Contractual Management, Financial & Commercials.
  • Organize progress review meeting with HOD & take required action to complete the project within the agreed time schedule.
  • Preparation of budget in consultation with finance controller & HOD.To ensure completion of project within the budgeted cost.
  • Accountable for CFT Management & EPC Projects P&L.


Procurement Head

  • Includes Application of strategic sourcing levers, strategic sourcing, purchase & supply chain management, vendor management - new vendor identification & evaluation. Price trends, data analytics, procurement of direct items bought outs items, equipment & complex packages, procurement planning, costing and negotiations, vendor management, working on an assignment on improvements in procurement of power distribution project equipment/packages of projects as large 400crore.Activities included sending enquiry/bid receipt, bringing all vendors at par technically, costing, negotiations, PO placement & execution up to commissioning of equipment at site.

  • Preparation of procurement plan interlink with execution team. coordination with Procurement department, timely delivery of materials at site, preparation of invoice and collection.

  • Site progress reportwith contractors. Plan V/s actual work. As per PERT chart.
  • Organize Site progress report review meeting with client.
  • Preparation of activity in full kit material as per division & schedule. Totake review periodically to ensure the completion of project within the budgeted cost.
  • Invoice, collection& payments
  • Accountable for cost, delivery, quality & profit over estimated value.


Secondary Responsibility

  • PERT chart , Item wise Project Survey report [ Particular BOQ]
  • Equipment drawing & Construction drawing. BOQ of material, item wise required for each activity. as per order as well as per Survey.Total set of Material required for total project activity as per order as well as Survey.
  • Approval of gtp & drawing for all activity’ demarcation, structural design, general arrangement, foundation layout , detail engineering, existing layouts, earthling layouts.
  • CPBG & BGS, Agreement for Supply & Erection activity.
  • activity wise freezing boq, manufacturing clearance as per the usage
  • BBU Data compliance’s –Composite Items & In Detail items. Items with quantity as per work order.
  • Site management of EPC projects
  • Execution Plan, execution jobs & MB. Testing & Commissioning
  • Preparing of as built drawing, Joint Measurement sheet in Soft & Hard copy for handing over
  • Preparing of completion Report -Inspection report /Guarantee certificate or any other handing over certificate.



Requirements

  • MBA &Graduate in electrical engineering with at least15 to 20 years in power project business.

Competencies
  • Techno-commercial expertise’s, Tenders, estimation, contract, negotiations, Orders, procurement’s, process & project engineering, basic & detail engineering, construction / executional operational management, cross functional team management & integration of Power Distribution Projects.
