Key Responsibilities: Learn and apply software development principles and best practices. Assist in the design, coding, testing, and debugging, Support of business applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Document technical specifications and processes. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Learn and apply concepts of Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart manufacturing. Participate in the digitalization of shop floor processes through software solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B. Tech). Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms). Strong foundation in programming (Python, C#, Java, or similar). Basic knowledge of databases, web technologies, and software development lifecycle. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work in a Plant environment and learn domain-specific technologies.
