Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Projects Executive to join our Projects team. The role involves planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of engineering projects to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including BOQs, drawings, reports, and progress trackers.
• Support in resource allocation and ensure materials/equipment are available on-site as per timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits/inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist the GM – Projects in preparing status reports, presentations, and MIS.
• Ensure timely communication and escalation of project risks, delays, or issues.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure adherence to budget and deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of engineering projects, site execution, and project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD/Primavera/MS Project is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on timely execution and quality control.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in project execution, coordination, or project management in an engineering/infra company.
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
