- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera/MS Project
- Coordinate with site, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to align execution with plans
- Act as site coordinator between client, subcontractors, and HO teams
- Manage subcontractor billing, work measurement, and back-to-back contractual compliance
- Identify risks, delays, and recommend mitigation actions
- Ensure strict compliance with project contract conditions, including claims, LDs, and commercial negotiations
- Track project budgets, cash flows, and resource utilization; highlight gaps in profitability
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, cash-flow trackers, and S-curves for management reviews
- Support project managers in client meetings, audits, and commercial negotiations
- Ensure adherence to ISO, statutory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Zero project delays due to planning or coordination gaps
- 100% compliance with contract terms & billing milestones
- Accurate project schedules, dashboards, and reports
- Hands-on knowledge of Primavera / MS Project
- Strong understanding of EPC execution workflow
- Client & subcontractor coordination skills
- ERP/SAP proficiency for project tracking, billing & recovery
- Analytical, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills
- Strong negotiation and documentation skills
