Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:
Develop and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Product Roadmap:

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

Customer Focus
: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts.

Performance Metrics:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.

Go-to-Market:
Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.

Confidentiality and Professionalism:
Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure all communications reflect company values and respect

Documentation and Reporting
: Maintain detailed task and project documentation, regularly update progress in Excel sheets, and document and report any issues or defects • Agile Methodology: Lead agile product development processes, ensuring efficient and effective execution.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct exploratory testing to identify defects, and ensure stable test environments across platforms.

Training and Improvement:
Conduct training sessions for team members on tools and processes, and periodically update standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on feedback.

Education

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ▫ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Technical Knowledge

▫ Understanding software development, and cloud technologies is highly desirable.

▫ Proficiency in tools (e.g., Jira, Word, PPT, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Skype)

▫ Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics ▫ Familiarity with API integration, and knowledge of version control and backup procedures.
