As a Project Coordinator at our Mumbai location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include meticulous project planning, ensuring projects are completed within set timelines and budget constraints. You will collaborate with clients and team members, monitor project progress, and address any arising issues promptly. Additionally, the role involves preparing project reports, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company standards. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Project Management and Coordination skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, as well as knowledge of interior contracting and construction processes are essential. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively are key requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in project management.
